How do I find my driver?
Curb Side "Meet and Greet".
This is the fastest and simplest option for you. Please call us as soon as you find your luggage with the outside Door Number nearest you. Your driver will quickly be right there.

When will you charge my credit card?
We do not charge your credit card until our job is done. Your credit card information is taken on our reservation page to reserve the vehicle. You will need to present the same card to the driver for manual imprint. Prepayments can be arranged online or by phone.
What is the rule on Alcohol?
State Law prohibits us giving or selling you alcohol for use during our service - however, you are allowed to supply your own for the evening. We can even stop at a store while you are out. Most of our vehicles that hold 8 or more passengers are supplied with glasses and napkins for your convience.
Will I be charged for waiting time?
No, there is no charge for waiting time on airport service. We monitor all our clients flight status in case of delays or early arrivals.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel your reservation no less than 12 hours prior to pickup time by e-mail, or 2 hours by phone to avoid being charged.
What are your hourly rates?
Hourly rates for any occasion:
$70.00 with a 4 Hour Minimum.
Does your rate include the driver's gratuity?
No, our rates are a flat company rate and do not include the standard 20% gratuity for the driver.
Are your rates per person or per car?
Unlike airport shuttle services, our rates are per car. The rate does not change based on the number of passengers.
